Yogendra Thavakumar

Yogendra has over 25 years of extensive experience in directing a wide spectrum of corporate communications, branding, marketing, and crisis communication initiatives. He is well versed in the areas of public relations, media relations, strategic planning, policies formulation, budget development and control, and performance monitoring. His strengths include Corporate Communication, Branding & Marketing, Digital Marketing, Crisis Communications, Public Relations, Strategic Planning, Cost Control, Corporate Social Responsibility, Cross-functional Leadership, Resource Optimisation, Coaching, and Mentoring Internal Communications.

Julian Fernandez

Julian brings over 21 years’ experience in strategic communications, stakeholder management, and public relations across the corporate and infrastructure sectors. He has led communications for national projects including LRT3, Kompleks Sukan Shah Alam, and MyKad, overseeing media relations, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, he managed group-wide branding and reputation strategies, and led multiple international projects at Accenture.

Julian Fernandez

Julian has over 17 years of experience in business solutions and high risk public sector projects with multiple successful projects in the ASEAN, Oceania, and Middle Eastern regions. He also played a critical role in the stakeholder management portfolio for the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) Project. Julian is well versed in the areas of public relations, stakeholder management, media relations, crisis management, strategic planning, and project management. His strengths include Stakeholder Management, Corporate Communications, Branding & Marketing, Crisis Communications, Public Relations, Strategic Planning, Internal Communications, and Client Servicing.

Eliza Dzulkafli

Eliza possesses a collective 13 years’ experience across news media, stakeholder management, and content strategy for international markets. She led editorial operations at New Straits Times, The Malaysian Insight, and The Vibes, as well as marketing campaigns for universities across the Asia-Pacific region, including Sunway University Online and UNSW Sydney. Her expertise spans project and people management, brand development, newsroom leadership, and creative directorship to narrative creation, asset quality control, team scaling, and event activation.

Demi Lenin

Demi is an experienced stakeholder management, social media content creation, media relations, public relations and event management practitioner. Her core strengths lie in conflict resolution and negotiating win-win outcomes for stakeholders and the company. Demi played a critical role in the management of stakeholders for the national rail project, Light Rail Transit (LRT) 3. She works closely with senior management in the development of media stories, blogs and video content for awareness building and strategic positioning. Besides being a key contributor for PR events, social media, and digital activities, Demi also oversees the management of public and press inquiries.

Kuhan Anandan

Kuhan is a strategic communications professional experienced in stakeholder engagement, digital communications, and crisis management for major national projects including Ipoh Sentral. Combining on-the-ground stakeholder relations with digital marketing expertise, he produced high-impact campaigns at Shopee, among them 11.11, 12.12, and PayDay Sale. With a strong foundation in content production, and project and stakeholder engagement, Kuhan brings strategic insight and practical execution to managing complex communications.

Mohamed Feisal Shah

Feisal is an accomplished PR & Communications professional with over a decade of experience in the Construction and Railway industry. He was part of the pioneering team for the nation’s largest infrastructure project, the MRT Line 1, which kick-started the railway industry boom in the country. Feisal worked on several other major national infrastructure projects including MRT Line 2, the KL-Singapore High-Speed Rail, and LRT 3. Feisal’s primary expertise lies in stakeholder management and he has played a pivotal role in mediating and resolving issues between project teams and stakeholders using his diplomatic approach and problem-solving skills. Feisal also possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in crisis, events, and media management.

Elysa Afraz Marhusin

Elysa is a communications and stakeholder engagement professional with experience in executing strategic campaigns, managing cross-functional projects, and building strong stakeholder relationships. As a Stakeholder Relations Executive at PETRONAS Dagangan Bhd (PDB), she led over 14 high-impact stakeholder events, including the PDB AGM and MotoGP hospitality programme. With a background in psychology and a foundation in media relations, event strategy, and social content planning, Elysa strengthens brand perception and visibility in the communications campaigns she spearheads.

Cassandra Teo

Cassandra is a passionate content writer, digital content creator, and skilled stakeholder manager with over 10 years of experience. She has worked with leading global organizations, including Manchester City, Bernhard H. Mayer, Abilympics Malaysia, Cheshire Home Selangor, MII, AM Assurance, Exxon Mobil, and Digi. Her expertise extends beyond digital content to include media relations, event management and brand development, and her organizational skills and acumen in negotiating complex situations have been honed over years of managing global teams across Germany, Thailand, Philippines, MENA, and Western Africa.

Sara Phillips

Sara brings a versatile background in marketing, public relations, and stakeholder coordination, supporting campaigns and events across the government, infrastructure, and corporate sectors. She has worked with agencies such as KPKT, MITI, MIDA, JPJ, and MoE, contributing to high-impact initiatives through strategic research, content development, and end-to-end project execution. With a foundation in public relations and strong on-ground operational experience, she delivers detail-driven, solutions-focused support that strengthens communications outcomes.
